I've been working with Kassy for 7-8 months now, and she's been a huge help with all kinds of things. She finds pets sitters for my dog and veterinarians, which is a big relief. Kassy also assists me with visa document collection and other bureaucratic processes. On the personal side, she helps me find dinner spots and caterers, books trips like my recent one to Douro, and plans travel details. She arranges things like getting an electrician when I needed one at my apartment. When I'm away, she waters my plants too! Communication is great; she's very trustworthy and usually early for everything.
